2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

2.2 Analytics — Cookieless Mode
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. However, we have configured it in cookieless mode using client_storage: 'none', which means:
- No analytics cookies (
_ga,_gid, etc.) are placed in your browser. - No consent banner is required or shown for analytics.
- Page view data is collected in aggregated, anonymised form with IP anonymisation enabled.
- We do not track you individually across sessions.
We do not share Google Analytics data with third parties or use it for advertising purposes. Our legal basis for this cookieless analytics is Legitimate Interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We have assessed that our interest in understanding aggregate site usage to improve our service is proportionate to the minimal privacy impact on visitors, given that no cookies are placed, IP addresses are anonymized, no individual users are identified or tracked across sessions, and data is aggregated. Visitors can exercise their right to object at any time by contacting privacy@verdaio.ai.

Our tools rely on the following third-party services that may set their own cookies or use local storage:

Anthropic and Resend do not set cookies in your browser. They process data server-side only when you submit an assessment.

Because we use Google Analytics in cookieless mode, we do not display a cookie consent banner. No analytics cookies are placed in your browser, so your consent is not required under the ePrivacy Directive.
4.2 Necessary cookies
The strictly necessary cookies (language preference and authentication session) cannot be disabled without breaking the site's functionality. You can delete them at any time through your browser settings.
